Do you have spiritual questions? Maybe some questions like: What does it mean to be a Christian? Is there really a heaven and a hell? Does God have a plan for people? For me? What about baptism, communion, and worship in general?
Or maybe you have had some experiences with Christians and the Church that have troubled you. How can they believe that the Bible is really God's Word and true? Who really is Jesus? Does God really care about me? And what does it mean to have a 'relationship' with God?
I hope you will come to our "Life in Christ" class and ask your questions. It is important to address our questions in a meaningful and honest manner in order to gain credible and reliable answers. We will make decisions and we will make our decisions based upon the information we possess. As you make decisions concerning your spirituality and faith, it is critical to have a thorough understanding of the facts in order to make the best decisions.
The prophet Isaiah wrote these words thousands of years ago and they are still true today. “Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be eaten by the sword; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” [Isaiah 1:18-31]
